Typical aluminum base brazing metal material

The Al Si alloy with aluminum base brazing metal material has low melting point and good fluidity and is suitable for brazing metal material. The typical aluminum base brazing metal material are 4343, 4045,4047 (American brand) and 4004 alloy. 6951 (American Brand) alloys in industrial pure aluminum, Al-Mn and Al-Mg-Si alloys have good brazing performance, and they can be brazed with the above-mentioned Al-based solders. 6061, 6053 and 6063 alloys in Al-Mg-Si system also have better brazing performance, but because their starting melting temperature is lower than that of pure Al and Al-Mn alloys in industry, brazing temperature should be strictly controlled to prevent overheating. 4004 brazing metal material contains magnesium, which is suitable for vacuum brazing. In the brazing process, magnesium vapor reacts with residual oxygen and water in the furnace to purify, and magnesium vapor also inhibits the re-oxidation of brazed aluminium alloy.




4343 brazing metal material is suitable for brazing 1060, 1100, 3A21 and other aluminum alloy base materials, 4043 and 4047 brazing metal material are suitable for brazing, 3004, 6063, 6082 and other aluminum alloy base materials.
