1100 Solid Aluminum Welding MIG Wires is a pure aluminium alloy wire with an aluminium content of about 99.0%, with excellent processability, high chemical resistance and toughness. It is suitable for welding of 1000-system aluminum or aluminum alloy with low element content. Since the 1100 alloy welding wire is softer, attention should be paid to its wire feeding when MIG welding is used.
