Aluminium alloy 4104 coil strip is a necessary raw material that is often used in the production of aluminum heat exchangers in the vacuum brazing process.
As a kind of brazing filler metal, 4104 aluminum alloy coil has a melting point above 450°C, and the brazing temperature is usually selected to be 25°C-60°C higher than the liquidus temperature of the solder to ensure that the filler metal can fill the gap.
