The range of production includes all types of coating on Aluminium foils including Hydrophilic,hydrophobic etc.The coating helps to increase the efficiency and life of the Airconditioner.
Aluminium fin is the main component of the heat exchanger of an airconditioner.In the process of heat exchange,moisture in the air is condensed on the surface of the Aluminium fin to form water droplets,which block the flow of air between two fins.
This reduces the heat exchanging capacity and efficiency of the heat exchanger.
A Hydrophilic pre-coated fin does not allow formation of droplets on the fin surface thereby allowing better heat transfer and increased efficiency.
Precoated finstock has distinct advantages over conventional(bare) finstock because of its hydrophilic or water shedding properties and excellent corrosion resistance.
These properties help to produce more compact and quieter air conditioners since efficiency and cooling capacity is increased.
