Spiral Aluminium Fin Condenser

Usually, condensers are used in refrigerators, refrigeration equipment, or air conditioners. The condenser is used to radiate heat from the refrigerant of the compressor to the outside. Spiral fin condenser (turn fin condenser) is used to expand the contact area between condenser and external air, so as to more effectively radiate heat energy from refrigerant.



Specifically, spiral fin condenser (turnfin condenser) formed through the spiral tube ,to use the wrinkled strip with appropriate width in intimate contact and helically convolve on the outside surface of the tube.The wrinkled strip has a small gap with the outer surface of the tube, and there is a large void in the outermost part , thus forming a spiral spiral fin (turn fin) At the same time, because of using spiral finned tube condenser should bend the tube after  the helical fin is helically convolved on the tube outside the tube, so the spiral fin tube is  installed to S-shaped will not effectively regulate gapsamong the winding of tube.

The results show that ,evern though the condenser with spiral fin tube has excellent heat exchange efficiency per unit length,but because the spiral finned tube occupies a large space,so  it is difficult to realize the miniaturization of the actual product .

In addition, the using spiral finned tube condenser with a fixed piece to fix the spiral fin tube on the frame, the fixing part comprises theinside bracket and outside bracket , with spiral finned tube diameter corresponding to the repeated formation of arc part, they are set in the inside and outside of the condenser, and use bolts to fix on the condenser.
