WATER-COOLED Cooler/Radiator

WATER-COOLED Cooler/Radiator is the cooling medium driven by the pump, which transfers heat from the liquid cooling radiator to the environment through the pipe, thereby achieving the purpose of heat dissipation. It can reduce the number of fans, thereby reducing the vibration and noise generated by fans. Secondly, because of the physical characteristics of the high specific heat of water, the cooling effect of water is much higher than that of air cooling. However, compared with Air cooling heat dissipation, water cooled radiator is more complex, because of the cooling work medium, there is a certain risk of leakage, and the overall cost is higher than other heat dissipation methods.


 
Structure of water cooling system: working medium + water head + pipeline + water pump + cold drain + water tank.
Working medium: the carrier that absorbs heat and carries heat (such as pure water, deionized water, ethyl (propylene glycol) water solution, etc.)
Water cooled head: a metal block with internal channels, made of copper or aluminum, contacting with the heat source and absorbing heat.
Pipeline: connect the water cooled head, water pump, cold drain and storage tank, so that the circulating liquid circulate in a closed channel without leakage.
Water pump: promotes circulation fluid flow, helps the working quality to exchange heat and cold.
Cold discharge: radiating heat
Water tank: storage and replenish coolant
